HOLIDAY INFORMATIONS
The rooms, studios & apartments are available from 14.00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10.00 am.
Your reservation is only binding after notification from our side and communication of your credit card details (holder, number, validity) or receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

Your four-legged friends are welcome in our nature hotel on request and in certain rooms. They are not allowed in the breakfast room and the spa area in order not to disturb the other guests. Please bring a blanket or basket yourself. We charge € 20.00 per day (without food). A possible special final cleaning as well as damages are at your expense. Thank you for your understanding.
Unfortunately, it is not always possible for us to guarantee you the floor, location and room number within a specific category. The room categories have different layouts, and some have semi-open bathrooms. Within a category, however, they are all the same size.
- Cancellations up to one month before arrival are free of charge.
- Cancellation up to 7 days before the day of arrival at the latest: 50% of the agreed total price is charged
- Cancellation up to 3 days before the day of arrival at the latest: 70% of the agreed total price;
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the day of arrival: 90% of the agreed total price.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, the corresponding days will also be charged at 100% of the daily rate.
